Selain rasanya yang lezat dan mudah diolah, singkong juga mengandung berbagai nutrisi yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. Namun, singkong juga memiliki risiko tersembunyi yang penting untuk diketahui agar konsumsi tetap aman dan tidak berbahaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat Singkong untuk Tubuh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Singkong kaya akan karbohidrat kompleks yang menjadi sumber energi utama bagi tubuh. Kandungan seratnya membantu melancarkan sistem pencernaan dan mencegah sembelit. Jika tidak diolah dengan benar, senyawa ini bisa menyebabkan keracunan yang membahayakan kesehatan.
