Salah satu indikator stres dalam tubuh adalah tingginya kadar hormon kortisol. Meskipun kortisol berperan penting dalam sistem metabolisme dan daya tahan tubuh, produksinya yang berlebihan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan. Untuk menjaga keseimbangan hormon ini, ada enam kebiasaan sehat yang dapat diterapkan secara konsisten dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tidur yang Teratur dan Berkualitas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidur cukup merupakan pilar utama dalam menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental. Kurang tidur dapat memicu peningkatan kortisol dan memperburuk stres. Pastikan Anda mendapatkan waktu tidur 7\u20139 jam setiap malam, dan usahakan untuk tidur serta bangun pada jam yang sama setiap hari.
